Servicing

Routine boiler servicing is the best way to ensure your boiler is kept in optimal working condition. We carry out comprehensive boiler servicing starting at just £70+VAT which includes:

  • ​Gas pressure and flow checked

  • Gas rated

  • Internal condensate trap and burners cleaned

  • Flue combustion readings checked and printed

  • Gas Safety Certificate

If your boiler is not working as it should, or you are aware it has a fault, we can diagnose the problem and replace the necessary parts to get it back up and running again. We undertake all nature of repairs and have extensive experience with a huge range of boiler types and models.

Boiler Replacement

If your boiler is no longer functioning properly or you are finding it is not as economical as it used to be, it may be more viable to replace your existing boiler for a new one. This will not only ensure that your heating and hot water supply do not suffer, but it will also ensure that the boiler in your home is safe. We can recommend a range of boiler models to suit your requirements and budget as well as supply and install and commission the boiler for you.

Our commissioning process follows the standard industry practices including cleansing and flushing of the system, addition of a corrosion inhibitor, filling in of the benchmark book with gas flue analyser readings, rating the boiler and setting the output.
